After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact and newsletter subscription forms

The forms on our contact and subscribe pages are embedded HubSpot forms and are governed by the HubSpot privacy policy, specifically this section:

HubSpot acts as a processor when our customers use our products and services to collect and process personal data in connection with their sales, marketing, and other business activities. In this case, we act as a processor (or service provider) on behalf of our customers (who are controllers of personal data) under the HubSpot Data Processing Agreement included in the Customer Terms of Service.

Calendly and Stripe

If you book a meeting with us through Calendly, then Calendly will process the data you enter in the booking form in accordance with the Calendly privacy policy.

If you make a payment via the pricing page, Stripe will process the data you enter into the Stripe form in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy. You can also download and delete your Stripe data from the Stripe privacy portal.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
